I always stay here. First time, staff helped with dining directions. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, lift. No pets, AC, non-smoking. Coming back for holiday.

This hotel was best base for exploring Fukuoka, really enjoyed it and property’s great staff during our check-out. Our a double room with central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge was cheap. Walk from a metro station, the location was great. There was a nice restaurant, stores and boutiques next door. The hotel was convenient and perfectly fine, we couldn't recommend more...

The room was big with a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing desk.

I had a wonderful stay at Plaza Hotel Premier. The room rates were very reasonable and the hotel was extremely clean. I appreciated being able to choose whether my towels and blankets were changed daily. Additionally, I liked that I could pick up most of the other items I needed from the lobby myself. The staff were polite and helpful, and the lobby was welcoming. The room was bigger than expected and had a bath, which was a nice surprise. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the subway and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. it was a great value place to stay!

For the price we paid, Plaza Hotel Premier in Fukuoka was a steal! The room was surprisingly spacious and the hotel is conveniently located near Tenjin Subway Station, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond in terms of service, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and even helping us book a taxi at 5am.

Menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

The room here was great, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, they serve breakfast in the café ☕.

I had a blast experiencing the activities at the Port of Hakata and Fukuoka Ferry Port! The convenience and vending machine at Plaza Hotel Premier made my stay perfect.

I chose Plaza Hotel Premier specifically because it was close to Ohori Park, which I had been eager to visit. To my surprise, the hotel also offered self-parking, laundry facilities, and a 24-hour front desk, which made my stay even more convenient. What I particularly enjoyed was the delicious Italian food served at The Comatsu Premier, the hotel's on-site restaurant.

The services are embarrassing. The room is overheated, with malfunctioning air conditioning, making it difficult to keep the window open at night due to the busy street outside.

The hotel had a great location, just a few blocks from the main shopping area and close to a subway station. The lobby area was also nicely decorated with comfortable chairs and a welcoming atmosphere. The price was also very reasonable, especially for the location.

Our room was not very clean. There was hair in the bed and the bathroom was not very well maintained.

Located near various public transports in a vibrant and bustling area, surrounded by restaurants and shops and close to a good park for running. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing early luggage storage and assisting with early morning taxi booking.

The room and bathroom had a musty smell despite appearing clean. The carpets had stains and the wifi was unreliable, making it difficult to work.

During New Year, I stayed in a hotel that was located in the heart of the city, surrounded by many dining places within walking distance, and near public transportation. the room was small, but it had everything I needed for my stay. the bed was comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Another advantage was that the hotel had a coin laundry, which was helpful.

The air conditioning was centralized, and I was unable to adjust the temperature, leading to some uncomfortable nights due to the extreme heat.
